- All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes
Free trials, where offered, are limited to one per organization and may be terminated at any time.

TR Benchmark and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in our services, including:

- Reports, analyses, and documentation formats
- Trademarks, logos, and brand elements
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for your internal business purposes only. This license terminates upon expiration or termination of your subscription.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. You retain ownership of data you submit to our platform, but grant us the right to use such data to provide our services.
We may use aggregated, anonymized data for research, product improvement, and industry benchmarking purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TR Benchmark shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Service interruptions or data unavailability
- Third-party content or services
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Important: Our services provide analytical tools and data for informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice. You should consult with qualified professionals before making business decisions based on our analyses.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate these Terms:
- At any time with or without cause (subject to subscription terms)
- Immediately for material breach of these Terms
- Upon insolvency or bankruptcy of the other party
Upon termination, your access will cease and we may delete your data according to our data retention policies.
10. General Provisions
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
Severability: If any provision is deemed invalid, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between us.
